Counteracting Corruption through Collective Action
BBV Systems Co., Ltd. is a registered member and is actively supporting in Thailand the well recognized scheme: ‘Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC)’, which was initiated by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD).

Leading local and international companies of the private sector who do business in Thailand have joined this coalition to support the initiative. Those companies with a background of already established and proven compliance systems are contributing to the enhancement and implementation of similar systems in Thailand. The aim is to nurture a mutual and common perception that corrupt practices are evil and counterproductive. An alteration of attitude of those still practicing or tolerating corruption will finally result in diminishment and rejection of respective unethical offers. More effective enforcement of legislation with regards to existing and future anti corruption acts in Thailand will help to implement compliance further.
