Our modern ISO 9001:2015 certified steel mill produces bars under exclusive rights for BBV Systems Co., Ltd. by hot-rolled process conforming to various international standards.

Steel billets procured for production of our bar systems adhere to a strict QC regime. The billets are reheated in a large furnace within the mill’s premises. Red hot billets are continuously rolled on a production line consisting of individual roller stands to produce bars of the desired shape, length and diameter.

Our unique low grade TEREX® Bar patented by BBV Systems GmbH is economically rolled by similar method as regular reinforcing but features a threaded profile. Available with our TEREX® Bar is our patented Twin Shell Coupler for quick and easy coupling of misaligned bars. The TEREX® Bar system offers advanced time and labour saving installation but comparatively affordable alternative to regular reinforcing steel.

Production and warehouse facilities of BBV Systems are located outside Bangkok metropolitan area at the suburb Bang Plee. This facility is ideal for keeping stocks of bar accessories, post-tensioning equipment and offers sufficient space for fabrication and pre-assembly of bar systems, manufactured by BBV Systems’s workforce under strict quality control.
